Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Engineering Technician (Day Shift) at the Concord, NC facility to support Parenteral Operations by ensuring setup and operation of Pre‑Filled Syringe and Isolator Equipment. The role requires hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs to keep production running smoothly.

The successful candidate will have strong mechanical skills, knowledge of GMP/FDA regulations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while delivering excellent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in production maintenance
• Knowledge of FDA and GMP regulations
• Experience operating high-speed, automated production equipment
• Willingness to travel for training and development

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first, quality-culture in all tasks
• Improve equipment uptime, line efficiency, and OEE
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide operational support
• Diagnose and repair filling equipment with mechanical aptitude
• Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve issues
• Assist with setup and changeovers for production
• Adhere to GMP and quality standards
• Document maintenance activities and corrective actions
• Work independently and manage priorities under pressure
