Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in production maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills.
• Proficient with basic hand tools.
• Detail-oriented with quality focus.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and proper PPE usage.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods.
• Effective team player with interpersonal skills.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety-first, quality-always culture.
• Improve equipment uptime, line efficiency, and OEE.
• Perform condition monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and repair precision filling equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve issues.
• Assist with equipment setup and changeovers.

• Document maintenance actions and corrective actions.
