Job summary

Chick-fil-A Missoula is hiring a Parent Shift Team Member for Front of House or Back of House roles. This part-time position offers school-friendly hours and a supportive, family-focused team environment where you can grow with mentorship from an Operator and Leadership Team.

You will provide genuine hospitality, manage casual guest interactions, and assist across counter, dining, mobile orders, and drive-thru as needed. Sundays off and flexible scheduling help balance family life.

• Assist with front counter, dining room hospitality, mobile orders, and drive-thru operations as needed.
• Be dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing needs.
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow Team Members.
• Uphold Chick-fil-A standards for professionalism, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Adhere to all company policies, including dress code and food safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned
