Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Parent Shift Team Member to provide a consistent schedule for parents while delivering friendly service in a busy restaurant. This role supports a stable part-time routine with morning or mid-day shifts and a family-friendly work environment.

You will work scheduled shifts, serve guests with accuracy and care, operate equipment per Chick-fil-A procedures, and maintain food safety and cleanliness.

Parent Shift Team Member

Our Parent Shift is designed to give parents the opportunity to work a consistent schedule while still being home when their children are out of school. This position requires a minimum of 4 days a week and 7:00–11:00 AM or 10:00 AM–2:00 PM availability. You’ll have the flexibility to enjoy time with your family during school holidays, summer break, and other days when your children are out of school, while still being a dependable and valued part of our team.
