Chick-fil-A Newport is seeking a Front of House Team Member to provide welcoming, personal hospitality in a fast-paced setting. You will work with a supportive team to deliver attentive service and a positive guest experience across dining room, front counter, and drive-thru.

You will greet guests, maintain a friendly tone, handle orders accurately, and uphold Chick-fil-A’s hospitality standards while staying scheduled for daytime shifts designed with parents in mind.

Are you a parent looking for a part‑time job that fits your family’s schedule? Our Parent Shift provides consistent daytime hours while allowing you to be available for your family in the evenings, on weekends, and during school breaks.

Schedule

• Shifts are scheduled between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM
• Must be able to work 15-25 hours per week
• Choose between three 5-hour shifts or five 3-hour shifts
• Saturdays off
• Enjoy time off when your children are out of school, including summer and scheduled spring and fall breaks
• Chick-fil‑A is always closed on Sundays

Position Overview

As a Front of House Team Member, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest. You will work alongside a supportive team in a fast‑paced environment while providing the attentive service and genuine hospitality Chick‑fil‑A is known for.

Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting every guest with a smile and a warm, friendly tone
• Making eye contact and creating positive, personal interactions
• Responding to thank you with “My pleasure”
