Job summary

Chick-fil-A I-85 & Julian in Salisbury, NC is seeking a Front of House Team Member for a Parent Shift. The role offers weekday daytime hours with no nights or weekends, designed for parents and caregivers balancing school schedules. Training is provided, and restaurant experience is not required.

Our Parent Shift is designed for parents and caregivers who want a consistent weekday schedule that works around the school day.

Your Schedule

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

• 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Monday–Friday

No nights. No weekends.

Off when school is out.

What You'll Do

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll help create the kind of experience our guests remember. You'll work alongside a team to:

• Welcome and serve guests with genuine hospitality
• Take orders and accurately prepare guest requests
• Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and welcoming
• Work together to keep service running smoothly during busy periods
• Learn and follow Chick-fil-A standards and procedures
• Encourage and support your fellow team members
• Help solve problems and take ownership when you see something that needs attention
