Job summary

Any Baby Can, an Austin-based nonprofit, seeks an Educator to provide Home-Based educational visits using the Parents as Teachers curriculum. You will conduct 48–60 face-to-face visits per month, maintain caseloads, and develop service plans with referrals in collaboration with families and partners.

We value Spanish-language skills, strong organization, and reliability. The role supports families with infants to five-year-olds and offers a hybrid schedule with generous time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, early childhood development, education, public health or related field.
• Parents As Teachers Educator certification required or may be acquired on hire.
• Experience with home visits and working with low-income families preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to maintain detailed records.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based educational visits using the PAT curriculum.
• Deliver 48–60 face-to-face visits per month in fidelity with PAT.
• Maintain a caseload and provide case management in home/school/other sites.
• Develop and update service plans and provide referrals.
• Collaborate with other agencies to connect families with services.
• Assist in planning parent–child group events and outreach.
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete required paperwork.
