Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting electromechanical or material handling systems.
• Experience in parcel, logistics, or material handling industries is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance visits and system inspections at customer sites.
• Execute corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution.
• Act as a Field Supervisor for small RMR projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for service desk escalations.
• Deliver technical training programs at various locations.
