Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in bid management, proposal development, sales engineering, project management, or related technical environment.
• 8+ years of experience leading teams and managing technical and commercial professionals.
• Proven track record of managing complex sales pursuits, proposals, and strategic bids.
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Service organizations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bid and proposal process for strategic parcel automation opportunities.
• Develop compelling value propositions communicating Vanderlande's capabilities and strengths.
• Coordinate proposal development activities to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Facilitate bid strategy meetings, establish objectives, assign responsibilities, and track progress.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of proposal content and processes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop competitive, customer-centric solutions.
