Job summary

FedEx Office in United States (Miami Beach area) is seeking a team member to coordinate inbound/outbound package activities and manage parcel flow within the center. You will handle receiving, processing, staging, and delivering parcels using electronic last mile tracking systems with limited supervision.

Responsibilities include customer service, packing, labeling, inventory control, and assisting leadership on shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
• Minimum six months of related experience preferred (Warehouse and/or Hospitality Experience).
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Customer-focused with problem solving ability.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to learn new software systems quickly.
• Ability to move 75 pounds and lift packages as needed.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping-related services and activities.
• Maintain log of incoming/outgoing parcels and prepare for pickup.
• Use tracking systems and equipment to perform job functions.
• Provide customer service and assess customer needs.
• Wrap, weigh, and label parcels for shipping.
• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment where applicable.
• Follow safety guidelines and protect package security.
• Assist in training center team members as needed.
