Job summary

Stord is seeking a Parcel Experience BI Analyst to translate parcel performance data into actionable insights for brands and internal teams. This hybrid role blends dashboard development with hands-on collaboration across CX, Implementations, Finance, and Carrier Strategy.

You will own analytical layers for client cost and service analysis, building dashboards in Omni and other BI tools, and converting findings into clear recommendations to drive better delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in parcel data analytics or supply chain analytics.
• Familiarity with parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx and regional carriers).
• Strong SQL skills with real-system queries.
• Proficiency in at least one BI tool (Omni, Domo, Tableau or Power BI).
• Experience navigating OMS/WMS/TMS systems and presenting to clients.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance parcel dashboards and reports in Omni and BI tools.
• Write SQL queries to extract and structure data from TMS, WMS, and OMS systems.
• Analyze carrier rate structures to identify cost savings and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with CX, Implementations, Finance, and Carrier Strategy teams.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for brands and internal stakeholders.
• Support client onboarding and go-live readiness from a data perspective.
