Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking a Reservationist to manage reservations, gather trip details, and coordinate with passengers for a smooth experience. The role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

The position emphasizes effective communication across passengers and operations teams, high standards of professionalism, and reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of professional experience in office administration, reception, customer service, executive assistance, or similar field.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pre-Employment Background check and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Answer passenger calls and collect all necessary trip information for the requested time period.
• Provide system information to current and prospective passengers on accessing and using the transportation service.
• Enter passenger data and specific trip requests, negotiating times as needed.
• Provide follow-up communication to passengers regarding schedules and changes.
• Notify scheduling, dispatch, or vehicle operations staff of passenger cancellations in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace and focus on safety.
• Keep accurate records and filing systems.
• Communicate scheduling or passenger issues with operations staff.
• Handle multiple tasks accurately and professionally.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a professional demeanor.
• Attend to additional duties as assigned.
