The role includes scheduling daily rides, supervising operators, recruiting and training staff, and handling reporting. The position also serves as relief driver/dispatcher; nights, weekends and some holidays are required.

• Validate and schedule daily rides to provide safe, efficient service.
• Supervise paratransit operators, including recruiting/training, approving timesheets, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
