Qualifications

• Schedules replacement operators and coordinates paratransit dispatching per contract rules.
• Operates two-way radio to respond to calls, emergencies and route changes.
• Performs word processing tasks, correspondence, memos and reports.
• Maintains attendance records, prepares deposits and processes billing with vendors.
