We’re looking for a Paraprofessional to help our lead Teachers in educating our students. You’ll get to work with children ages 3-5 with different educational needs.

As a 1:1 Aide, you’ll be responsible for an individual student who needs assistance to absorb the lesson material. You’ll work with the lead Teacher to build plans for the child. To do this job well, you should be patient with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prep & Set up necessary material for class
• Review material taught in class with individual students with learning challenges
• Escort and supervise student to restroom and toilet train
• Make sure classroom is safe and tidy before class starts
• Assist teachers with various tasks along with informing parents of their children’s progress
• Help student adjust, learn and socialize
• Great communication and organizational skills
