You’ll assist with daily living, accompany medical appointments, follow individualized plans, encourage community involvement, and collaborate with a compassionate team. Paid training provided and entry-level friendly.

About the Role

As a Paraprofessional, you'll play a vital role in supporting young adults behavioral health and similar needs in their recovery. You'll provide these individuals with daily support and encourage independence and personal choice.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily living skills such as personal care, meals, and routines
• Supporting medical needs and appointments
• Following individualized support and recovery plans
• Encouraging community involvement and social engagement
• Completing routine overnight safety checks (for overnight staff)
• Working collaboratively as part of a compassionate, supportive team

What We're Looking For

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience supporting individuals is helpful—but not required. We provide paid training to help you succeed.

Pay

• $18.94 per hour
• Mileage Reimbursement for work-related travel
