Job summary

Greenmont Avenue Elementary School in Dracut, MA is seeking a dedicated Special Education Paraprofessional to support students as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors and service providers to ensure student success.

Job Description

The Greenmont Avenue Elementary School is looking for dedicated Special Education Paraprofessional to join our team and provide essential assistance to our students. As a paraprofessional, you will work as a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with classroom teachers who provide direct instruction and guidance, counselors, and service providers.

Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred. Some assignments may include direct supervision and support of one or more students throughout the school day, personal care support, self-care support, toileting and/or diapering, and any other duties and responsibilities as directed by special education teachers, inclusion specialists, therapists and as assigned by a Principal.

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $18 to $24 Per Hour
