Job summary

Poudre School District is seeking a dedicated classroom assistant for Bamford Elementary School for the 2026-27 school year. You will supervise students during lunch and recess from 11:15 AM to 1:15 PM, and support the classroom teacher with clerical tasks, grading, and preparing instructional materials.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience; school setting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting the classroom teacher with clerical tasks, including typing documents; grading tests and assignments; preparing instructional artwork, posters, bulletin boards and displays; and copying and preparing classroom materials.
• Assist with monitoring students outside of the classroom.
