Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of sixty (60) credit hours from an accredited post-secondary institution or career technical facility, or an Associate’s Degree, or successful ParaPro assessment.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reinforces learning objectives with individuals or small groups.
• Provides programmed practice activities and repetitions as directed by teacher.
• Assists with large and small group activities and with student routines.
• Maintains classroom order and safety; supports with transportation and supervision as needed.
