Job summary

Qualifications

• Assists in reinforcing reading, language arts, mathematics and computer instruction.
• Works with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning.
• Assists with administration and correction of classroom exercises and assessments.
• Supports instruction and materials preparation for students with diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with non-instructional duties such as lunch supervision and duty posts.
• accompany students on field trips for supervision.
• Support teacher with parent contact to foster involvement.
• Follow safety rules and assist all students, including those with disabilities.
