Impact Public Schools is hiring Paraprofessionals for the Seattle-Tacoma area. Positions cover early and elementary education with 1:1 or small-group support, data tracking, and behavior interventions under student support plans.

Start date will be set during the offer process. This in-person, full-time role includes benefits eligibility and a school-year schedule, with collaboration across a supportive school community.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited college.
• 72 quarter credits or 48 semester credits at the 100 level or higher.
• Credential options include ETS paraeducator assessment or registered apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily instruction and behavior interventions for students on caseload (70%).
• Provide one-on-one or small group support and implement behavior management strategies.
• Support with behavioral, social-emotional, and academic interventions aligned to plans (IEP, BIP, etc.).
