Sage Connections, LLC is hiring full-time W-2 Paraprofessional to support K–12 students in the school setting for the 2026–2027 school year. Onsite in Thornton, CO, you will work in a 1:1 or small group setting, ~35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You'll assist with daily living, mobility, and classroom support, following care plans and collaborating with educators, therapists, and nurses to meet student needs. A background check is required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience working with children or students with special needs (preferred).
• Ability to follow medical, behavioral, and personal care protocols.
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must pass background check and onboarding requirements.
