Sage Connections, LLC in Aurora, CO is seeking a full-time paraprofessional to support K–12 students in the school setting for the 2026–2027 school year.

The role involves assisting with daily living activities, classroom support, following care plans, documenting services, and collaborating with educators, therapists, and nurses. Onsite in Aurora, ~35 hours per week, Monday–Friday.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience working with children or students with special needs (preferred).
• Ability to follow medical, behavioral, and personal care protocols.
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must pass background check and onboarding requirements.
