Job summary

Sage Connections, LLC is hiring full-time W-2 Paraprofessionals to support K–12 students in the school setting for the 2026–2027 school year. The role is onsite in Aurora, CO and involves 1:1 or small group support.

You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and collaborate with teachers, therapists, and nurses. We offer health insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and professional development as part of a W-2 benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children or students with special needs preferred.
• Ability to follow medical, behavioral, and personal care protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with daily living activities, mobility, feeding, and hygiene needs

• Caseload: 1:1 or small group student support (Elementary & Middle School Options)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Hours: ~35 hours/week
• Dates: August 2026 – May 2027
• Location: Onsite in Aurora, CO
