Job summary

Reach Higher ABA is hiring a motivated Paraprofessional to support a student in a Rochester, NH school. No ABA certification is needed to start; we will train you and support you in earning your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential as you grow with us.

The role involves 1:1 student support under a BCBA, helping implement behavior plans, and assisting with daily routines and communication. Training for RBT is provided, with a collaborative clinical team and school setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Willingness to complete RBT training and certification
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support in classroom under BCBA direction.
• Assist with behavior support and treatment plans.
• Support daily routines, transitions, communication and social skills.
• Record data and session notes in CentralReach.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and the clinical team.
• Keep the classroom safe, supportive and positive.
