Job summary

Reach Higher ABA is hiring two Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with students in a Rochester, NH school, under the direction of a BCBA.

You'll be joining early, with strong advancement potential as we expand. Full-time schedule with 35-38 hours per week during school hours, pay between $30-$35 per hour, and benefits including health insurance. Training, bonus opportunities and career advancement are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• 3–6 months of RBT experience required.
• CentralReach experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass NH background check (fingerprinting on site).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA support to students in the school setting.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document progress data in CentralReach.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and clinical team members to support each student's success.
• Keep sessions safe, supportive and positive.

What you need
