Job summary

TSP Ed Co is seeking a compassionate Paraprofessional / Instructional Aide to support students in Bristol County, MA. The role focuses on direct 1:1 and small-group assistance, helping with academic tasks, routines, and social-emotional development.

You will collaborate with teachers, specialists, and therapists to implement individualized plans, monitor progress, and maintain confidentiality. A high school diploma is required, and prior school-based experience is a plus.

• Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
• School-based and/or special education experience is a plus
• Ability to follow individualized student plans and established classroom strategies
• Strong communication, teamwork, patience, and organizational skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to helping students succeed
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team
• Ability to meet all applicable school and employment requirements

Responsibilities

TSP Ed Co is seeking a compassionate and dependable Paraprofessional / Instructional Aide to join our team and support students in a school setting in Bristol County, MA.

This is a great opportunity for a Paraprofessional who enjoys working directly with students, building meaningful relationships, and helping children develop the academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and functional skills they need to be successful at school.

What You’ll Do

• Providing direct 1:1 and/or small-group support to students
