Job summary

Ability Matters is seeking paraprofessional support for students with autism and neurologic disabilities in Columbus, OH. You will provide 1:1 or small group instructional help to reach individualized IEP goals and build behavioral, academic, social, and life skills.

You’ll collaborate with teachers and families, monitor progress, and support students in real-world settings, promoting confidence, independence, and inclusion throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2-year degree or Bachelor's preferred
• Previous education or human services experience helpful but not required
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
• Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $19-$22/hour

Schedule: Full-time & Part-time available
