Ability Matters, LLC in Columbus, OH seeks a Paraprofessional - Student Support (Behavior & Life Skills) to provide 1:1 or small group instructional support and help students achieve their IEP goals. You will work with classrooms and families to build behavioral, academic, social, and life skills, track progress, and partner with teachers for consistent, student-centered support.

Flexible full-time and part-time schedules, competitive pay ($19-22/hour), and opportunities for growth in education

Qualificações

• High school diploma required, 2-year degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
• Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
