Job summary

Talent Center is seeking a Paramilitary Operations Officer to lead and manage Covert Action programs and collect critical foreign intelligence for national security policymakers. Candidates should have active-duty service in a relevant military field, completed paramilitary training, and a proven track record of operating in austere and hazardous environments.

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, integrity, and the ability to work both in teams and independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Active-duty service in US Armed Forces in Special Operations/Combat Arms or Aviation roles.
• Completion of specialized paramilitary training with high physical readiness.
• Willingness to serve in hazardous overseas environments.
• Personal integrity and ability to operate with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Commitment to CIA mission and passing a background investigation.
