Archinect in Miami is seeking a motivated computational designer to join our team for cruise terminal and maritime infrastructure projects. This full-time role emphasizes designing at a system level with a focus on user experience and lasting, functional architecture.

You will work across projects, leveraging Rhino, Grasshopper, and Revit to deliver parametric models, visuals, and documentation, with growth opportunities within a global practice.

Qualifications

• Degree and Master’s in Architecture (or similar).
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Confidence in dealing with complex 3D modelling, with attention to detail.
• Excellent people skills, including communication, presentation, and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop parametric and computational models to support design exploration across cruise terminal and maritime infrastructure projects
• Contribute design-level work across multiple concurrent projects, from concept through design development
• Produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations using Rhino/ Grasshopper
• Translate complex functional and infrastructural requirements into elegant, user-focused design solutions
• Prepare presentation materials, drawings, and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite for client and internal reviews
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and urban designers within a single integrated workspace
• Support design coordination across disciplines, helping ensure design intent carries through technical development
• Assist with research, precedent studies, and design documentation as needed
