Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a dedicated Paramedic (Urgent Care Tech) to join our urgent care team in New England. The role emphasizes high-quality patient care, triage, and collaboration with providers in a fast-paced setting.

You will conduct triage, perform diagnostic and testing procedures, manage cardiac/airway needs, provide immunizations, and maintain EMR documentation while supporting clinic operations and training staff across ConvenientMD locations.

Qualifications

• Must be a nationally registered EMT/paramedic with licensure.
• High school diploma or GED required; paramedic licensure required (nationally certified preferred).
• BLS certification required; CPR/ACLS not accepted in some contexts.
• Proactive, compassionate, and patient-focused with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient triage by taking vital signs and documenting medical history.
• Perform diagnostic and testing procedures (vision, hearing, drug screens, spirometry, etc.).
• Provide cardiac/airway management including ECGs, AED use, nebulizers, and oxygen.
• Deliver wound care, immunizations, and medication administration.
• Maintain and document accurate electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure coordinated patient care.
