Job summary

AMR, a Global Medical Response company, is hiring Paramedics in Billings for a full-time role focused on delivering advanced patient care and rapid, compassionate service during 911 responses. You will lead on scene operations and coordinate care with the team to ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements include State Paramedic License, High school diploma or GED, valid Driver’s License, BLS/ACLS, and NREMT-Paramedic certification. A $15K sign-on bonus is offered with a two-year commitment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
State Paramedic License required.
Valid Driver’s License required.
BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic certifications required.
Driving record compliant with company policy.
Pass Physical Agility Test required.
Some healthcare work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess each call to determine best action with Paramedic protocols.
Utilize Paramedic skills on equipment (defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction, IV fluids) for advanced care.
Communicate with patients and families to provide information and reassurance.
Act as Paramedic team leader and manage scene and unit as needed.
Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel and fellow Paramedics.
Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and relations.
