Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; Associate’s Degree preferred and two years EMS leadership in a 911 system.
• Valid SC Driver’s License with clean DMV record.
• SC Paramedic Certification (National Registry preferred) and BLS/ACLS/ITLS or PHTLS/PEPP or PALS.
• ICS courses 100, 200, 300, 400, 700, 703, 706, 800.

Responsibilities

• EMS shift leadership and operations.
• Performance evaluations and incident management.
• Oversee emergency medical care and ensure department values.
• Work days, nights, weekends, and holidays; participate in discussions and projects.
