Ivy Tech Community College seeks a part-time administrator to manage all administrative elements of the Paramedic Science program's clinical activities, including scheduling and coordination with affiliate clinical agencies and locations. The role supports accreditation efforts and program compliance while maintaining detailed student records.
Responsibilities include supervising clinical activities, organizing student documentation, communicating with faculty, and ensuring COAEMSP accreditation
Manage all administrative elements of clinical activities of the Paramedic Science program; including related scheduling management and ensuring coordination with affiliate clinical agencies and locations.
Effectively deliver clinical supervision or other program-specific responsibilities.
Schedule student clinicals and activities with the Paramedic Sciences affiliates.
Collect and organize student shot records, criminal background documents, physical exams, and other student clinical documentation.
Maintain student clinical records, attendance, grades, and/or other documentation as required.
Communicate with the faculty concerning the needs of the Paramedic Science clinical programs.
Review and develop clinical curriculum in compliance with accreditation and State EMS guidelines.
Ensure compliance with all College policies.
Ensure applicable program accreditation policies are followed
Participate in the accreditation and assessment process.
Adhere to all COAEMSP requirements to maintain accreditation
HOURLY RATE: $21.00-$24.00
WEEKLY HOURS: 15-25 Hours Per Week
