Ivy Tech Community College in Indianapolis is seeking a part-time Paramedic Science program administrator to manage clinical activities and scheduling. You will coordinate with affiliate agencies, maintain student records, and ensure accreditation standards are met.

The role requires two years of related work experience, a valid Indiana paramedic license, and instructor certifications. This position offers 15–25 hours per week with an hourly rate of $21.00–$24.00.

Qualifications

• Two years of related work experience required.
• Hold and Indiana Paramedic License and instructor certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all administrative elements of clinical activities for the Paramedic Science program.
• Schedule student clinicals and activities with the Paramedic Sciences affiliates.
• Collect and organize student shot records, background documents, physical exams, and other clinical documentation.
• Maintain student clinical records, attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
• Communicate with faculty regarding needs of the Paramedic Science clinical programs.
• Review and develop clinical curriculum in compliance with accreditation and State EMS guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with College policies and accreditation requirements; participate in accreditation and assessment.
• Adhere to COAEMSP requirements to maintain accreditation.

Education

Associate's degree or higher in related field

Indiana Paramedic License

Indiana Department of Homeland Security Primary Instructor certification

AHA Instructor qualification in BLS, ACLS, PALS

NAEMT Instructor qualification – PHTLS, AMLS, TECC

Indiana EVOC instructor or equivalent
