Zusammenfassung

Mercy EMS is seeking a Paramedic to provide direct patient care under the Medical Director. You will perform assessments, evaluate patients, and execute basic and advanced medical rescue to access, stabilize, evacuate, and transport to appropriate destinations according to Mercy standards and safety policies.

This full-time position requires Paramedic (EMT-P) licensure for the state, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to meet strenuous physical demands.

Qualifikationen

• Licensure: Paramedic (EMT-P) license for the state of practice.
• Valid driving license.
• Applicants must be at least 19 years old.
• Hazmat awareness level training, ACLS at hire, PALS within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• Must meet physical requirements and pass fitness for duty tests.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, evaluation, basic and advanced medical rescue.
• Access, stabilize, evacuate and transport patients per Mercy protocols.
• Perform clerical and maintenance duties as required.
