Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• State Paramedic License and State Driver’s License.
• BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic certifications.
• Driving record compliant with company policy; Pass Physical Agility Test.

Responsibilities

• Assess each call to determine the best course of action using Paramedic protocols.
• Utilize Paramedic skills with defibrillator, monitor, oxygen, suction, and IV fluids for advanced care.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide care information and reassurance.
• Act as Paramedic team leader for scene and unit management.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.
• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image.
