Baptist Health Hamburg is seeking a part-time/shift-based Paramedic to join the Transport EMS team. This role provides advanced life support and direct patient care across age groups, following medical protocols and the department's scope of practice.

You will document care, coordinate multi-patient transports, maintain ambulance readiness, and ensure vehicle and equipment readiness at each shift. A valid Kentucky paramedic license, BLS, PALS, ACLS, and a driver’s license are required.

Baptist Health is looking for a part-time Paramedic full-time (1 day, 12 hours per week) to join our Transport EMS team at Baptist Health Hamburg! Provides patient care within the medical director approved department protocols and state scope of practice. Recognizes, responds to, and communicates changes in patient condition appropriately. Thoroughly and accurately completes all required documentation and patient care reports within required timeframe. Provides care appropriate to the emergency population and maintains the environment of care. Performs ambulance transportation services within the scope of practice of a Paramedic. Sets priorities for the transport of multiple patients. Assures resources and coordinates plan of delivery. Maintains knowledge and familiarity with each vehicle in fleet in order to operate smooth and safely. Assures ambulance is clean, stocked and response ready at the beginning and end of every shift as well as prior to each and every request for service. Ensures proper vehicle maintenance and equipment readiness as well as proper ALS gear readiness and utilization.
