Qualifications

• EMT-Paramedic with ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Ability to read and interpret maps and medical terminology.
• Proven report writing and communication skills.
• Experience with PCR reporting and MDT software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily deployment readiness and staffing.
• Coordinate communications between shifts and leadership.
• Prepare Patient Care Reports, incident reports and daily unit checks.
• Ensure EMS policies, protocols and state regulations are followed.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and equipment checks daily.
