• Experience in EMS operations leadership preferred.

• Understanding of EMS program planning and budget basics.

Responsibilities

• Meets the requirements and duties outlined in the EMS Paramedic Job description.
• Manages assigned EMS stations and supervises personnel.
• Maintains relationships with local fire, police, physicians, and hospitals.
• Oversees ambulances, equipment, staffing, and response quality.
• Ensures compliance, certifications, and timely ePCR submissions.
• Participates in strategic planning with the Regional Manager.
• Acts as EMS ambassador to the community and patient advocate.
