Job summary

EMS Unlimited is seeking a skilled Paramedic in Aurora, Nebraska. In this role, you will be the clinical lead of a two-person crew, responsible for responding to 911 emergencies and providing Advanced Life Support (ALS) in various settings.

Qualifications

• ALS field experience in a 911 and/or transport setting.
• ACLS and PALS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to 911 and transfer calls.
• Serve as the clinical decision-maker on scene.
• Perform patient assessments and deliver full ALS scope.
• Administer medications via IV, IM, or IO.
• Manage airways using advanced techniques.
• Provide ALS resuscitation, including defibrillation.
• Safely operate an emergency ambulance.
• Complete electronic patient care reports accurately.
• Conduct daily vehicle and equipment checks.
