AMR is hiring a Paramedic for a full-time position to deliver advanced patient care and support on 911 responses and patient relocation. Hourly rates start at $21.50, with additional DOE adjustments.

A State Paramedic License and current EMS certifications are required. Responsibilities include assessing calls, leading on-scene operations, using defibrillators and monitors, and coordinating with healthcare and public safety teams.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State Paramedic License and NREMT-Paramedic certification.
• BLS/ACLS certifications required.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Successful completion of physical agility test.

Responsabilidades

• Assess each call situation and determine best action with paramedic protocols.
• Operate medical equipment (defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen, IV fluids).
• Communicate with patients and families to provide information and reassurance.
• Lead paramedic team and manage scene and unit as needed.
• Drive ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.
