Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess each call to determine best action with advanced Paramedic protocols.
• Utilize Paramedic skills with equipment (defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen, suction, IV fluids) to provide care.
• Communicate with patients and families to explain care and provide assurance.
• Serve as Paramedic team leader on scene and manage unit as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate professionally with all health and public safety personnel.
