Falck Northwest Corp is seeking a Field Training Officer (FTO) Paramedic in Alameda to support pre-hospital care staff with training, evaluations, and policy guidance. You will lead field training, perform assessments, and communicate improvements to the Clinical Education Department while ensuring compliance with local protocols.

This role involves classroom instruction, hands-on coaching, and maintaining current EMS certifications.

Qualificações

• Current on all county and Falck certifications and licensures.
• Two years field experience with at least one year in the respective operation.

Responsabilidades

• Make recommendations to improve training and QA/QI programs including study materials and SOP changes.
• Communicate goals and standards of excellence through daily performance and demeanor.
• Provide exemplary patient care and customer service.
• Conduct field training, education, evaluation and remediation of employees.
• Provide classroom instruction in pre-hospital care subjects.
• Mentor employees and perform performance evaluations.
