Job summary

Qualified candidates will hold current county and company certifications and have at least six months of 911 system experience.

Qualifications

• Current on county and company required certifications and licensures.
• Minimum of six months experience in a busy 911 system.

Responsibilities

• Provide field training, evaluation and remediation of new and continuing employees.
• Deliver classroom instruction in pre-hospital care topics.
• Act as an educational resource for field staff and management.
• Mentor employees and conduct performance evaluations and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Falck policies and procedures.
• Support scene management and provide map-reading assistance as needed.
• Communicate goals and standards of excellence through daily performance.
