Ara Diagnostic Imaging (a practice of Radiology Partners) is looking for a skilled paramedic to join our team in the Greater Austin area. This role involves performing medical assessments, ensuring the quality of patient care schedules, and providing essential support during imaging procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized, approved Paramedic program.
• Current Texas State License required.
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS & PALS or willingness to obtain.
• One year of paramedic experience in EMS or emergency room.
• Preferred two years of intensive care or radiology experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily check of supplies and equipment.
• Assess patients to obtain medical history, medications.
• Perform quality assurance of patient schedules.
• Responsible for insertion & removal of IV catheters.
• Assist with injection of contrast material as needed.
