Qualifications

• Hazmat awareness level training.
• ACLS required at time of hire.
• PALS required within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• EMT-P license for the state of practice and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervise EMTs and Paramedics in daily routine and pre-hospital care.
• Make operational decisions in the absence of Manager-Regional EMS or Supervisor-Operations.
• Instruct EMTs and Paramedics on inservice training, education and driving.
