Job summary

Bronson Battle Creek seeks an EMT-P (Paramedic) for the Trauma & Emergency Center. The role provides direct patient care under RN supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, accredited paramedic program completion, and state EMT-P licensure. Preferred are related pre-hospital experience and strong communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Requires EMT-P certification and state licensure.
• Three years pre-hospital paramedic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Trauma & Emergency Center.
• Perform nursing procedures under RN supervision following Bronson policies.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered within scope of practice.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort and confidentiality during transport and care.
