Allegiance Mobile Health in Princeton, TX is seeking a Paramedic (EMT-P) to deliver advanced life support in emergency and non-emergency settings. You will lead patient assessment, perform interventions, interpret EKGs and ensure safe transport under Medical Director protocols.

The role requires Texas paramedic certification, CPR, ACLS and PALS, with the ability to work in high-stress environments and coordinate with multiple agencies. Daily readiness, documentation, and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Certified as a paramedic in the State of Texas.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification.
• PALS certification.
• PHTLS or ITLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls 24 hours per day and travels in EMS vehicles.
• Follows driving laws, policies and procedures.
• Communicates with dispatchers, EMS crews and other agencies per policy.
• Maintains vehicles and equipment in ready state; performs readiness tasks.
• Provides direct patient care per Medical Director's authorization and protocols.
• Documents patient care and billing information accurately and timely.
• Handles high-stress situations with judgment and professionalism.
• Performs basic to advanced clinical tasks and safety procedures.
